The seller is the person named above.

The seller is not a VAT payer. The price on the listing is the full price of the goods.

The goods are a sticker sheet drawn from a photo of your animal. One sheet is 100 × 170 mm and carries 8 die-cut stickers on four-layer laminated vinyl.

The stickers are decoration. They are a choking hazard for children under 3, from the small pieces and the backing paper.

You order and pay on the storefront linked from this site. This website has no cart, no account, and no order form.

The contract is made when that storefront confirms the order. The price of the goods is the price on the listing at that moment. Postage is the amount the storefront shows at checkout. The storefront takes the payment.

The sheet is illustrated and printed in Prague. We usually hand it to the post within 48 hours of having a photo and an order clear enough to draw. Those 48 hours are a studio habit. They are not a promised delivery date, and they do not include the time the letter spends in the post.

Inside Czechia the sheet goes as a domestic letter. Abroad, it goes only to countries where Česká pošta would deliver an ordinary letter with a European stamp. The list is on the shipping page. We do not post outside that list.

Outside the European Union the post can ask for a CN22 customs form, because a sticker sheet is goods. The list of countries stays the same.

Where we ship

The sheet is made from your photo. Once printing has started, the 14-day withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply. The sheet was made to your specification, which is the exception in section 1837(d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

Before printing starts, email hello@mypackofpaws.com and we will cancel the order. The storefront that took the payment refunds it.

A defect is a separate right. Cancelling, or the withdrawal exception, leaves the complaint rules in place.

If a sheet arrives damaged, the print does not match the order, or a defect shows up in ordinary use, email hello@mypackofpaws.com. Include the order number and photos of the sheet.

We settle a complaint within 30 days of receiving it, as section 19(3) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, requires. We reprint the sheet, or we refund the price of the goods.

Section 2165 of the Civil Code gives a consumer the right to claim a defect that appears in consumer goods within 24 months of receiving them. A reprint or a refund sits alongside that right. It does not take the right away.

We use the photo to draw that animal. We do not publish it unless you agree.

We keep messages and photos for as long as we need them to make the sheet, answer you, settle a complaint, and meet a legal duty.

This website has no accounts, no order form, and no advertising cookies. Visits are counted with Umami, which does not set a cookie and does not store an identifier in the browser. An email to the studio is used to answer you. The host may keep ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, to run and protect the site. Details you type at checkout are handled by the storefront, under its own privacy policy.

Czech law governs the contract. A consumer who lives in another European Union country keeps the protections that the law of their country does not allow a contract to remove.

We handle a complaint directly with you. If we do not agree, you can use the out-of-court body below, and you can still go to court.
